The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing administrative support and assisting with various tasks. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Duties Manage daily office operations, including scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars. Assist with phone etiquette, answering calls, and directing them to the appropriate personnel. Maintain accurate records and files, ensuring all documentation is organized and accessible. Support financial tasks using QuickBooks, including invoicing and expense tracking. Perform clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and document preparation. Collaborate with team members to improve office processes and enhance efficiency. Act as a medical receptionist when necessary, managing patient appointments and ensuring confidentiality. Experience Previous experience in an office setting or as an Office Assistant is preferred. Familiarity with office management practices and procedures is advantageous. Proficiency in calendar management and customer service skills is essential. Strong phone etiquette skills are required for effective communication with clients. Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus.
