Who You Are:

Fluent in English and Spanish Experienced with QuickBooks (invoices, billing, basic bookkeeping) Comfortable posting and managing social media (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) Organized, dependable, and able to keep things running smoothly Friendly, professional, and great with communication

What You’ll Be Doing:

Handling admin tasks and helping keep our schedule on track Managing invoices and payments with QuickBooks Running our social media accounts (creating posts, responding to messages, keeping followers engaged) Supporting day-to-day operations and helping us stay organized

Details:

Part-time:

15-20 hours a week (flexible schedule) Mostly remote work with occasional in-person meetings
