Role:

We’re seeking a dynamic, energetic, and fast-paced Personal Assistant to support our CEO in both professional and personal tasks. This role demands someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-moving environment. If you’re someone who takes initiative, enjoys a variety of tasks, and is always eager to exceed expectations, we want to meet you.

Responsibilities:

Serve as driver for the CEO for business and personal appointments Run errands including grocery shopping, dry cleaning, and package drop-offs Manage vehicle maintenance , fueling, service appointments, and repairs Provide handy-person support around the home and office (light repairs, assembly, upkeep) Coordinate with household and office vendors or contractors as needed Support occasional administrative tasks and scheduling Maintain confidentiality, discretion, and a high level of professionalism at all times

Ideal Candidate:

Energetic and self-motivated with a can-do attitude Excellent time management and problem-solving skills Comfortable driving in urban and suburban areas; clean driving record required Professional demeanor and polite communication style Physically capable of lifting, carrying, and completing hands-on tasks Tech-savvy and comfortable using apps for scheduling, errands, or navigation Prior experience in a similar personal assistant or driver role is preferred
