Health, Dental and Vision Responsibilities :

Handling litigation caseload from inception through trial or resolution. Scheduling court hearings, depositions, trials, preparing pleadings and letters. Manage attorney calendar. Handle discovery matters, including discovery requests and responses Maintain high standard of client contact/service

RECEIVE AND CALENDAR ALL TRIAL ORDERS. RESPONSIBLE FOR DRAFTING INITIAL WITNESS AND EXHIBIT LISTS

CALENDAR AND SEND TRIAL SUBPOENAS PER CONFERENCE WITH TRIAL COUNSEL. PUT TOGETHER THE TRIAL EXHIBITS, FIND OUT SPECIFIC COURT NEEDS FOR PREMARKING AND PREMARK EXHIBITS. RESPONSIBLE FOR FACILITATING REQUESTED DEMONSTRATIVE AIDS AND TECHNICAL NEEDS FOR THE TRIAL. ENSURE THAT TRIAL COUNSEL TIMELY FILES

PRETRIAL STIPULATION, JURY INSTRUCTIONS AND VERDICT FORM. OBTAIN TRIAL COURT REPORTER. ASSIST WITH WITNESS COORDINATION.

Required Skills & Qualifications :
