Job Description

Sales Administrative Assistant MAFÈ Resources 1401 N University Dr, Coral Springs, FL 33071 As an Order Processing Specialist, you will be responsible for order entry and customer service. You will be involved in order entry and creation of purchase orders in QuickBooks, along with communication with customers, freight companies and warehouses. Must be able to work well with coworkers and management.

Responsibilities:

Order processing in QuickBooks Process incoming orders and ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth order processing and delivery Utilize process improvement methodologies to streamline order processing procedures Manage contracts and procurement activities related to order fulfillment Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with production planning to ensure product availability Implement category management strategies to optimize product selection and pricing Coordinate logistics for order delivery, including coordinating with shipping carriers and tracking shipments Collaborate with the e-commerce team to ensure seamless online ordering experience

Qualifications:

Previous experience in order processing or a related field is preferred Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively Proficient in using order processing software and systems Knowledge of production planning principles and logistics coordination Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and processes is a plus Strong problem-solving skills, including root cause analysis capabilities This role requires a high level of attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
