Service Coordinator – Benetti Yachts Azimut Benetti Americas Fort Lauderdale, FL 33315 Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Service Coordinator to support the Service Manager in coordinating and executing after-sales service for Benetti yachts. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our world-class service operations, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients and efficient delivery of warranty and retail services. General Accountabilities Supports the Service Manager in coordinating and executing after-sales service for Benetti yachts, including both warranty and retail work. Communicates with yacht managers, captains, and crew to identify and fulfill service, supply, and equipment needs. Manages after-sales and parts inquiries for out-of-warranty Benetti yachts, including liaison with the Benetti after-sales office in Italy when necessary. Liaises with departments at the factory shipyards in Italy and with suppliers to support warranty claim resolution and after-sales requests. Prepares and secures approval for customer estimates by organizing necessary documentation and ensuring all details are aligned before work is schedule. Issues and manages purchase orders for warranty and retail jobs, including vendor vetting, accurate cost center allocation, and codification. Creates and maintains work orders, monitors job progress, coordinates service scheduling, and ensures timely completion and documentation. Reconciles vendor invoices against work orders for warranty services and forwards documentation to Accounting for payment. Coordinates with the Accounting department to facilitate timely customer invoicing and vendor payments, ensuring all financial transactions align with internal procedures. Maintains a tracking report for all Benetti yachts in the region, in collaboration with Marketing, with special attention to ownership, captain, and crew information. Represents the service team at the annual Yacht Master event and major regional boat shows in a support capacity to promote Benetti’s after-sales service presence. Collaborates with the Accounting team to streamline order processing and enhance recordkeeping efficiency. Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

Requirements Education:

Bachelor’s degree, and or applicable related experience.

Experience:

Minimum of five years of related experience in the Marine Industry. Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Computer proficiency in MS word and Excel. Critical thinking, coordination and monitoring. Active listening, judgment and decision making. Ability to work well under deadlines and to multitask. Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills. Inter-company collaboration.
