Our primary goal is to provide the highest level of customer service while maintaining quality when performing roofing, waterproofing and construction services for our clients. We are seeking a Service Coordinator to join our team. Essential duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Scheduling and coordination of the service department. Stellar communication, both internally with crews and externally with clients. Data Entry. Must be able to type quickly and with accuracy. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Keep desk and office space neat and maintained, both for appearance and functionality. Review information and generate invoices to clients. Receive Service Calls Via Email/ Phone call Create Work Ticket to include specific leak location, onsite contact, google shot and any other pertinent information needed. Schedule Work orders as needed. Identify work orders in need of proposals and forward to Service Manager. E-mail proposals to clients as needed to assist Service Manager. Process Billing reports for Management review Process Work Order reports for Management review Proposal tracking Communicate with clients regarding work order status and job completion Generate Purchase Orders for service materials. Other general office duties, as required.

Position Purpose:

The Service Department Coordinator performs professional level service in the scheduling and handling of daily work orders. This individual is responsible for providing service to the client through online portals, phone calls and emails. This position will also be asked to perform general office support tasks when necessary. These responsibilities and tasks will be coordinated with and supervised by the Service Manager.

Job requirements:

High School Diploma or higher.

Office Administration:

2+ Years Proficiency Adobe, Outlook, Word, and Excel Experience with a CRM system is not required but is beneficial. Must have strong telephone and computer skills. Must have strong grammar and spelling skills. A proficiency test may be given to confirm these skills. Must be punctual and professional. Must understand the importance of confidentiality as it relates to Human Resources and Trade Secrets. This position generally requires the individual to wear multiple hats and have the ability to multitask. Must be able to work well as part of a team, but also be self-driven to work independently with little or no supervision. This person, will in many cases, be the first impression to clients, vendors, and prospective employees. Therefore, this person must have a positive attitude and be outgoing/energetic, while keeping a professional demeanor always. Position is full time (Monday
