This role is essential in maintaining our company’s commitment to quality, communication, and client satisfaction.
Who We’re Looking For:
A proactive communicator and strong problem solver who effectively manages scheduling logistics, follows up with vendors and technicians, and ensures service issues are resolved efficiently. Handles challenges with composure, maintains focus when priorities shift, and keeps both customers and internal teams informed and aligned.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the main point of contact for all service-related scheduling and follow-ups. Communicate professionally with clients regarding service timelines, technician visits, and issue resolution. Manage the service calendar and coordinate with technicians, Project Managers, and vendors as needed. Evaluate service requests and determine the appropriate course of action Maintain accurate service records in our CRM Monitor open service tickets and ensure timely completion Collaborate with the operations and project teams to prevent repeat issues Provide excellent customer service by anticipating client needs and offering proactive updates Follow up on completed service calls to ensure client satisfaction
Qualifications:
Prior experience in a service coordinator or operations role (Windows and Doors Industry) Excellent phone and email communication skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities Problem-solving mindset with a focus on timely resolution and client care Comfortable using software tools for scheduling and tracking (CRM or project management tools) Bilingual in English/Spanish is required.
