Role:

Paradise Breeze Vacation Rentals & Realty is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Part-Time Office Assistant to support our property management team. This in-office position is perfect for someone who enjoys a variety of tasks, communicates well, and takes pride in helping operations run smoothly. We manage both vacation rentals and annual lease properties in the Englewood area.

Responsibilities:

Answer phones and respond to emails Greet and assist walk-in tenants, guests, vendors, and clients Communicate with tenants and guests about check-ins, service issues, and general questions File and digitize paperwork, maintain organized office records Schedule cleanings, inspections, and vendor appointments Respond to guest reviews on booking platforms Prepare and update mailing/contact lists, track keys and invoices Maintain office supplies and cleanliness Run local errands as needed ( mileage reimbursed ) Assist with lease paperwork, applications, and scheduling Perform other office tasks as needed

Qualifications:

Friendly, professional, and organized Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficient with basic computer tools (email, Word, Excel, scanning, etc.) Comfortable multitasking in a small office environment Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required Experience in hospitality, real estate, or general office work is a plus
