We are looking for energetic, intelligent and dependable team players to join our Sleep Center team. Minimum of at least one (1) year previous medical office administrative or clinical experience required. High school diploma or equivalent required. EMR experience required. Athena Health EMR experience is a plus. Duties include, but are not limited to preparing patient paperwork, accurately entering patient information, scheduling tests, medical records, distributing home sleep test devices, and insurance authorizations, while politely answering a large volume of phone calls. The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organize their work using tools like Microsoft Office 365, Multiline Phones, and office equipment. Bilingual is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong multitasking abilities. Advancement and education in the ever-growing field of Sleep Medicine is offered and encouraged.
