Personal Assistant Job Overview:

We are seeking a positive, detail-oriented individual to be the Personal Assistant to our owner. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and leadership skills along with a knack for problem solving. The job will also entail assisting the owner and the office with various tasks as assigned throughout the week. We strive to provide a positive and fun work environment and need a mature candidate who enjoys working in a fast paced environment, can learn quickly and has a desire to grow with our team!

Responsibilities include:

Clerical office tasks Answering phones, taking messages and writing information down as needed for all facets of the business, calendaring events & maintaining schedules Communicating with staff Assisting our owner with our social media presence, personal and professional errands (phone calls, pickups, returns, online orders, purchase orders, etc) Skills needed: Ability to follow directions exactly as given Proficiency with technology and willingness to learn new technology as the need arises Heavy detail orientation Experience in Windows 10 & 11 along with proficiency in Office programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook Must possess strong communication skills and be comfortable both one on one and over the phone with clients Must be able to operate in a home/office environment Must be comfortable in a relaxed, friendly, professional atmosphere and still be adept at problem solving during hectic times with a positive attitude and a smile. A love for self care is a MUST!

Requirements:

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Ability to lift 20-25 lbs Due to the nature of our business the candidate must be willing to occasionally assist in other duties as assigned Confidence, integrity and be able to learn new skills Pass background check & maintain client & company confidentiality
