Job Description

Our client is a quickly growing manufacturer servicing the building materials products industry. They manufacture and distribute a proprietary hold-down system for wood frame and masonry construction, as well as other related framing products. They sell and service both Single-Family builders and Multi-Family general contractors and framers.

salary:

$50,000 – $55,000 per yearshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM – 5

PMeducation:

High SchoolResponsibilities Own and manage the post-sale relationship between our client and its multi-family customers on a job-by-job basis Communicate and coordinate with customers.

For example:

a. Sending introductory emails to customers. b. Responding to emails from customers and resolving issues expeditiously. c. Helping accounting maintain current A/R. d. Communicating tracking information on shipments. e. Keeping customer informed of ship dates. Create and maintain accurate records. Assisting team members hit their due dates. Participate in meetings to coordinate with design, purchasing and estimating to move projects forward and set priorities for shipments. Prepare vendor purchase orders and quotes as necessary. Assist with contractual requirements such as change orders, insurance verification, lien releases and notices to owners/contractors. Bookkeeping and general related projects such as filing, as necessary.
