Job Summary:
This position is responsible for administrative tasks such as file management, billing, answering phones, record keeping, customer service, payroll, and order management.
Qualifications:
A.A. or higher degree preferred. Previous experience in an administrative role. High attention to detail. Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment and exhibit excellent multi-tasking skills. Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills are required. Must have the ability to make recommendations to resolve problems or issues, by using judgement that is consistent with standards, practices, policies, procedures, regulation or government law. A strong spirit of teamwork and cooperation and a proven ability to cultivate and maintain positive working relationships with people at all levels inside and outside of the organization. Commitment to continuous learning. Strong communication and diplomacy skills. Proficient computer skills in the areas of e-mail, Microsoft Office (Power Point, Word, Excel, etc.).
Physical Qualifications:
Requires regular attendance and/or physical presence at the job. Fast-paced, high volume, detail-oriented work environment. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Occasionally requires the ability to move, lift, carry, pull or push heavy objects or materials. Lift up to 20 pounds unassisted. Requires extensive use of hands Essential duties include, but are not limited to: Processing customer AP, working with our sales and admin team to ensure accuracy Maintaining filing system for food safety, shipping, sales, and operations Customer service duties including order entry, invoicing, communication, and follow up on sales Assemble and submit accurate reports for co-workers in a timely manner Answering phones, emails, and directing communication to proper teams within company Assisting GM in vendor relations, order entry, communication and reporting
