Front Office Coordinator Clausen Properties Rentals, Inc Marco Island, FL 34145 We are seeking a dedicated full-time professional with prior experience in a real estate office, specifically within the rental department. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, as they will be responsible for managing incoming calls, taking messages, and coordinating maintenance requests. Additionally, the role requires the ability to effectively resolve guest issues and prepare key packets. Some weekends and on call will be required. Proficiency in learning and utilizing rental software is essential, ensuring accurate data interpretation and management. Candidates must have reliable transportation and maintain a clean driving record. Familiarity with the Marco Island area is highly desirable to better serve our clientele. Please note that due to logistical considerations, applicants from Ft. Myers, Lehigh, and Labelle are encouraged to reconsider applying, as the commuting distance may not be practical.
