Member Services Coordinator Bears Paw Country Club 2500 Golden Gate Parkway, Naples, FL 34105 Summary As the Member Services Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and supporting marketing initiatives. You will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, handling inquiries, managing appointments, and ensuring a positive and professional experience for all individuals interacting with the organization. Essential Duties and Responsibilities 1.

Reception and Front Desk Duties:

Greet and welcome visitors, members, and employees with a friendly and professional demeanor. Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect inquiries to the appropriate department or individual. Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries. Maintain the tidiness and organization of the reception area. Knowledge of daily club meetings and events. 2.

Customer Service and Communication:

Provide exceptional customer service to all individuals, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests in a prompt and courteous manner. Serve as a primary point of contact for members, assisting with general information, product or service inquiries, and resolving issues or complaints. Maintain a professional and helpful demeanor in all interactions, ensuring a positive image of the organization. 3.

Administrative Support:

Assist with general administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, photocopying, and document preparation. Manage office supplies inventory. 4.

Marketing Support:

Assist the marketing team with various tasks, such as social media management, content creation, and email marketing campaigns. Assist with maintaining the club calendar on NorthStar, ensuring all events and promotions are accurately reflected and updated regularly. Help design and produce visually appealing flyers, brochures, and promotional materials for club events and activities, maintaining brand consistency. 5.

Miscellaneous Responsibilities:

Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to company policies and procedures. Proactively identify areas for process improvement and contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the office environment. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor or management team. Competencies and Experience High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business administration or marketing is a plus. Previous experience in a receptionist, front desk, or administrative support role is preferred. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with excellent customer service abilities. Proficiency in using office equipment, such as phone systems, printers, and copiers. Familiarity with office software, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Canva, & MusthaveMenus. Basic knowledge of social media platforms and marketing principles. Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Professional appearance and demeanor, demonstrating a positive attitude and strong work ethic. Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
