One is has an immediate opening for an Office Coordinator with a nationally respected law firm.
This is a part-time, on-site position ideal for someone who thrives in a professional environment, enjoys wearing many hats, and is comfortable working independently.

Naples, FL 34108 (Parking provided)
Hours :
Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM (25 hours/week)
Duration :
Contract through December 2025 (approx. 6 months) This role plays a key part in keeping our office running smoothly by managing front desk duties, clerical tasks, and facilities support.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet visitors and staff the front desk during office hours Answer and route incoming phone calls professionally Monitor and respond to visitors at the locked front door Handle incoming/outgoing mail and prepare shipping labels (FedEx, UPS, USPS, certified mail) Open, close, and organize physical files and matter folders Perform scanning, document duplication, and binder preparation Assemble notebooks and pleadings files with tabbed indexes Monitor and restock office and kitchen supplies Maintain the employee lounge and public conference rooms Serve as liaison with building management for maintenance issues Coordinate Zoom/WebEx or video conferencing with IT support Track vendor invoices using Chrome River Manage petty cash and occasional bank deposits Perform other general clerical duties as needed
Qualifications:
Previous administrative or office support experience required; experience within a law firm preferred Strong typing and phone communication skills Highly organized and capable of multitasking with minimal supervision Comfortable working independently in a small office environment (3-person office) Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) Familiarity with conferencing tools (Zoom, WebEx) a plus Experience with Chrome River (or similar invoicing platforms) is a plus This is a great opportunity to be part of a respected law firm while keeping your afternoons free.
