Scion Staffing is seeking a permanent part-time Administrative Assistant for a prestigious Private Equity firm in Jacksonville Beach, FL. This permanent part-time (20+ hours minimum per week) opportunity offers a pay rate of $25.00-$30.00 per hour DOE in addition to a flexible schedule, on-site Monday through Friday, and working with an amazing team. Immediate start available!

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide administrative support including scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and handling correspondence
Support day-to-day office operations
Manage office supplies and coordinate orders
Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems
Assist with calendar management and scheduling
Prepare and edit documents and handle basic data entry
Perform general administrative duties Assist with special projects as needed

QUALIFICATIONS

2+ years of administrative or office experience Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
High emotional intelligence and a collaborative attitude
Ability to take initiative and work independently
Experience with Microsoft and Excel, SharePoint, and Zoom
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

COMPENSATION

 This role offers an hourly rate of $25.00-$30.00/ hr. DOE and a flexible schedule onsite Monday-Friday.
