This role is essential for ensuring smooth operations supporting staff activities and and clients alike. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills and be proficient in administrative tasks, including suppliers purchasing and receiving, contributing to an efficient and productive environment. Duties Provide exceptional customer support by answering inquiries and directing calls and activities appropriately. Maintain organized filing systems and manage supplies inventory. Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate records using corporate ERP. Support indirect materials and sparepart puchases and dispatch as needed, including invoicing. Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution. Collaborate with team members on various projects as required. Qualifications Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably familiar to purchasing activities for indirect and sparepart items. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in Office, Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Calendar), ERP desirable (Odoo or SAP). Excellent customer service skills. Attention to detail with strong proofreading abilities. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Previous experience in administrative and purchasing perations or customer support is highly desirable.
