Schedule and Calendar Management:
Coordinate appointments, meetings, and trainings
Communication:
Answer phones, manage correspondence (email, mail, faxes), and handle inquiries.
Record Keeping:
Maintain filing systems, databases, and other record-keeping systems.
Office Management:
Order supplies, manage inventory, and coordinate with vendors.
Customer Service:
Interact with clients and visitors
Data Entry and Management:
Update information in databases and spreadsheets.
Event Coordination:
Assist with the planning and execution of events
Compliance:
Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements of state-run program
Delivery:
schedule high volumes of outbound deliveries
New Agency:
Recruit, train and provide thorough and detailed onboarding process Skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills: Essential for managing multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills: Needed for interacting with employees and other stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook): Required for creating documents, spreadsheets, and managing communications.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality: Crucial for handling sensitive employee information.
