9K a year 1 day ago Qualifications Software troubleshooting Basic math English Microsoft Office Communication skills Entry level Time management Full Job Description Department Professional & Lifelong Learning, Financial Services-OPS Compensation As a member of the UNF Professional and Lifelong Learning (PLL) Customer Care Team, the primary function of this position is to provide outstanding service to internal and external PLL customers as well as corporate clients. This position also provides essential administrative and course related support for PLL.

Job functions include, but are not limited to, the following: Greet/provide assistance to customers, visitors, and corporate clients by phone/email/in-person Provide customers and clients with program or course information and monitor/resolve customer/client account issues Maintain PLL email inbox for customer inquiries or course related communications

- review, processing, and distribution Oversee room setup for in person courses, including maintaining course schedules, ensuring furniture is set up correctly and materials/equipment are ready for use, checking between courses for clean up and room reset (utilizing student assistant help when available) Process enrollments and cancellations in PLL courses, utilizing PLL’s registration system to register customers/clients and UNF’s payment system to process payments/refunds Assist with financial record keeping, including invoice management, collections, check deposits, credit card documents, and third party payment processing Promote and cross-sell PLL courses through outbound/inbound calls and emails Troubleshoot A/V equipment setup in classrooms Provide program support by preparing course materials and managing course documentation Collect, monitor, and track course evaluations and required enrollment forms Provide timely and efficient telephone support to PLL leadership, ensuring messages and other communications are forwarded promptly Maintain the appearance of the classrooms and PLL office common areas; process work orders when needed for repairs or cleaning; assist with coordination of facilities projects Order supplies for the division, utilizing appropriate UNF Procurement procedures Review and edit digital and hard copy communications/materials sent to customers and clients; complete mailings for hard copy materials•Provide administrative support to PLL staff and leadership•including, but not limited to: scheduling meetings, taking minutes, developing communications, maintaining records, data entry, process/procedure documents, updating reports Special projects as needed Knowledge, skills and abilities include: Talent for developing and nurturing relationships with clients and co-workers in person, by telephone, or by email Ability to think with entrepreneurial mindset in a rapidly changing environment Strong organizational and time management habits Employment of professional business written and verbal communication skills Ability to plan, organize and coordinate work assignments Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Technical skills, which include the ability to learn new software programs and follow instructions for A/V setup or troubleshooting Professional appearance and manner Ability to thrive in a team environment as well as work independently Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations High energy, outgoing and positive personality Ability to understand and apply rules, policies and procedures Program support may require moderate lifting (35 lbs), pushing/pulling for room setup and frequent walking from the PLL office to classrooms Uses standard Business English Ability to be punctual and keep consistent work schedule Statement(s) of Understanding This position requires a background check.
