Job Description:

Debski & Associates, P.A. is hiring for an Entry Level IT Assistant. Applicants will be expected to perform daily data entry using EDI process or manual entry, generate documents through our case management system, update imaging system, provide user level technical support for end users, computers, printers, etc., and assist with the creation of automated programs.

Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:

Experience with MS Office products Must have basic knowledge of current technologies available in the IT world Previous experience with computer maintenance and repair. Work independently and assist with multiple projects and priorities. Work under pressure with interruptions and challenging deadlines. Ability to be courteous and helpful. Must show aptitude and desire to learn new skills on the job. Must demonstrate creativity and good design skills. Be able to communicate clearly and precisely, both orally and in writing. Work as a team member and to promote a positive work environment. Able to adapt to change and meet deadlines. Other assignments as needed. Work Remotely-No This position is in a professional office.

Desirable Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Experience with SQL and Microsoft Access products. Experience with Merge forms Experience with scripting languages Experience with Collection-Master Technical writing experience. Good troubleshooting skills using logic and common sense. Programming knowledge including Boolean Logic, Order of Operations, If/Then Statements, including nesting
