In this role, you will support the licensing process, coordinate training, manage calendars, and support solutions for business operations.
Job Responsibilities:
Business Operations:
Sets routine priorities and procedures for accomplishing work, subject to applicable deadlines Performs considerable coordination and follow-through Compiles and assists with creating expenses reports once receipts are organized and coded for reimbursement Become proficient in locating AE forms, policies, procedures and know when updates are issued to be sure the latest information is being used Documentation, correspondence and presentation formatting, compiling, proofing and updating Assist licensing coordinator with association renewals Maintains logos, letterhead, and updates laws and rules by state for Haskell entities
Staff Services:
Coordinate Lunch and Learn presentations by working with vendors to follow Haskell’s Vendor Policy Gather key details such as presentation title, date, audience, credit hours, and credit type Send calendar invites to the appropriate attendees Assist and coordinate lunch meetings, including scheduling, reserving space, organizing food and beverages, and ensuring all necessary materials and technology are prepared Assist with communication related to association renewals Assist with processing documentation requirements for association renewals Assists with current LMS system for association renewals Performs other duties as requested
Administrative Services:
Performs a full scope of word-processing and spreadsheet applications, as well as documents containing financial or statistical data or scientific, technical, or legal terminology Create presentations using PowerPoint or other applicable software Receives calls and responds to routine questions Assists with reporting for licensing software Performs other duties as assigned
Education & Years of Experience:
High school diploma required; some college or applicable business certification preferred. A minimum of three years of office/administrative experience.
