What You’ll Do
Meeting and special event preparation
Plan, schedule and execute onsite and offsite meetings
Prepare correspondence
Execute weekly payroll functions and approvals in Kronos
Special projects and other duties, as assigned
Monitor and coordinate all event materials as necessary (banners, tablecloths, giveaways, flyers, etc.)
What You’ll Need
High level of organization and time management skills
Strong computer skills required (good knowledge of Outlook, MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Demonstrates a passion for innovation and supportive of change
Must be willing to adapt to shifting requirements or priorities
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Must be innovative, creative, organized, optimistic and self-motivated
