ProCare Therapy is one of the leading school staffing agencies for professionals within the ever-growing field of education. Our Business Coordinators play an integral role in supporting our Salesfloor, as seen below:
Colleague Support:
Part of a team and collaborating daily Assisting top-level account executives with day-to-day operations Troubleshooting candidate issues through internal systems (Payroll, Benefits, Timesheets) Knowledge on all back office internal systems to assist with general sales floor questions and run reports
Client Specialist:
Partnering with school districts nationwide and recruiting personnel to fill open jobs Account management assistance – working to resolve client issues Assist with coordinating interviews, sending contracts, and general communication
Office Coordinator/Administration:
General admin/office duties Communicates with building to establish new hire parking/building access Assists with package delivery and mailing Orders supplies to restock the office on all levels The qualifications for this role are as follows: Bachelor’s degree required Previous experience/knowledge of Excel preferred Organized with attention to detail Service oriented Sense of urgency Good communicator If this opportunity interests you, send me an updated resume at connor.lavin@procaretherapy.com .
