What will you do?
Attends and assists with facilitation of pre-shift meeting to receive instruction, timelines and direction for the day
Coordinates all pre-game food and beverage orders and generates suite reports and ensures that orders are accurate for each event
Makes copies and assists with the printing of signs and menus
Communicates with Suite guests professionally and courteously, answering questions, providing menu planning assistance as needed, and delivering order confirmations
Inputs all after event restocks, handles saving and sending final bills; tracks daily sales of items
Regularly collaborates with and assists Suite Manager in staff check-in, training of suites employees, and overall successful suite operations
Perform other duties as assigned
More about you
Basic math skills required for ordering and processing invoices
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Excellent organizational and communication skills required
High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
No experience or diploma required
Physical requirements
Ability to lift up to 35 pounds for set-up, service and break down of assigned areas
Ability to stand and walk for entire length of shift, including walking up and down stairs
Variable temperatures – required to move between hot, noisy conditions of kitchen and climate-controlled dining environment
May be required to work in confined and/or narrow spaces
