Summer Office Assistant 4.2 4.2 out of 5 stars 1 UNF Drive, Jacksonville, FL 32224 Department School of Nursing-OPS Compensation $14.00 Hourly The School of Nursing Office Assistant position will be a temporary position that will conclude in August . Provide administrative support to all School of Nursing faculty and staff. This position will assist with answering phones, greeting office visitors, making copies, scanning documents, sort mail, maintain inventory of office supplies, and other duties as needed or assigned. The Office Assistant will also help with the planning and preparation of various departmental events and run errands on campus. Our ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, be detail oriented and well organized, as well as an ability to work in a fast-paced environment. High school diploma (or GED) and two years of experience directly related to the job functions. Directly related college coursework or vocational/technical training may substitute at an equivalent rate for the required experience. Statement(s) of Understanding This position requires a background check. In conjunction with the University’s policy, this position may also require a credit check.
