Administrative Assistant/Bookkeeping Wade Palmer & Shoemaker 14 North Palafox Street, Pensacola, FL 32502 Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Assistant Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the financial operations of our organization by maintaining accurate financial records, assisting with accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring timely reporting. This role is essential in helping us achieve our financial goals while providing excellent customer service. Duties Process invoices, payments, and receipts in a timely manner. Support accounts payable and receivable functions. Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards. Provide administrative support as needed, including office management tasks. Communicate effectively with clients and vendors to resolve any discrepancies. Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining organized documentation. Collaborate with team members to enhance operational efficiency. Qualifications Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail. Proficient in computerized accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite. Previous experience in office setting support roles is preferred. Background in accounts receivable, accounts payable and invoicing Experience in a Law Firm office is a plus but not required.
