Job Description

Administrative Assistant/CSR Precision Door Service 101 West Ensley Street, Pensacola, FL 32534 This position is busy and fast-paced. Must perform with patience, effective communication, accuracy, technical knowledge, and timeliness to execute daily tasks. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Promptly answering incoming phone calls, chat messages, and emails.
  • Monitor technician schedules
  • Update customers with technicians ETA’s if they are running behind or ahead
  • Contacting next day customers to move up when needed
  • Routing schedules to the best efficiency
  • Ensure customers are moving through the door process timely and efficiently
  • Process Residential Door Orders
  • Greet visitors in a professional manner
  • Provide visitors with information and direct them accordingly.
  • Perform other administrative support tasks, including updating and sorting files, drafting and proofreading correspondence, and conducting research.
  • Document all inquiries, requests, resolutions, and follow-up task
  • Escalate inquires and requests as necessary to the appropriate department or person following outlined guidelines.
  • Display a courteous and empathetic attitude to all customers
  • Follow procedural guidelines and perform research to answer customer inquiries and requests
  • Grow existing customer accounts through exceptional customer service and effective sales techniques
  • Meet quantitative performance metrics as outlined
  • Keep customer accounts current by verifying and updating databases during calls. Qualifications Needed
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Working knowledge of office equipment
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Maintaining a positive attitude
  • Ability to work well with others including: Leadership Team, technicians, and fellow Office Staff.
