Job Description
Administrative Assistant/CSR Precision Door Service 101 West Ensley Street, Pensacola, FL 32534 This position is busy and fast-paced. Must perform with patience, effective communication, accuracy, technical knowledge, and timeliness to execute daily tasks. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Promptly answering incoming phone calls, chat messages, and emails.
- Monitor technician schedules
- Update customers with technicians ETA’s if they are running behind or ahead
- Contacting next day customers to move up when needed
- Routing schedules to the best efficiency
- Ensure customers are moving through the door process timely and efficiently
- Process Residential Door Orders
- Greet visitors in a professional manner
- Provide visitors with information and direct them accordingly.
- Perform other administrative support tasks, including updating and sorting files, drafting and proofreading correspondence, and conducting research.
- Document all inquiries, requests, resolutions, and follow-up task
- Escalate inquires and requests as necessary to the appropriate department or person following outlined guidelines.
- Display a courteous and empathetic attitude to all customers
- Follow procedural guidelines and perform research to answer customer inquiries and requests
- Grow existing customer accounts through exceptional customer service and effective sales techniques
- Meet quantitative performance metrics as outlined
- Keep customer accounts current by verifying and updating databases during calls. Qualifications Needed
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Working knowledge of office equipment
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Maintaining a positive attitude
- Ability to work well with others including: Leadership Team, technicians, and fellow Office Staff.
