It is the oldest privately held corporation in Florida and Anheuser-Busch’s oldest continuous distributor. Our territory is Escambia, Santa Rosa, Okaloosa, Walton, Holmes, Washington, Bay, Jackson, Calhoun, Franklin and Gulf Counties in Florida.
SUMMARY OF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, track product movements, and proactively manage stock to prevent shortages and overages.
- Review and reconcile invoices to ensure accuracy, flagging discrepancies and coordinating with suppliers and/or internal teams to resolve issues.
- Support the order and distribution of POS materials to enhance brand visibility and support sales efforts.
- Monitor and track sales incentives, ensuring proper allocation and reporting.
- Work closely with the Inventory Manager and Senior Brand Development Manager to communicate inventory needs effectively, preventing OOS situations and maintaining product availability.
- Plan and oversee the execution of festivals, samplings, and marketing events to maximize brand exposure and engagement with customers.
- Assist in the process of billbacks, ensuring accuracy and timely processing, and collaborating with internal and external teams to resolve any discrepancies.
QUALIFICATIONS
. Associates degree, or equivalent from two-year college or technical school or 3 years related sales experience.
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions and percentages.
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
- Ability to speak effectively.
- Must possess a valid Class E Driver’s License with seven (7) points or less.
