Role:
The role is the primary customer contact for detailed technical questions, is customer focused, and can set up customer requirements
into a working ICT solution, if necessary together with other disciplines.
Key Responsibilities:
Courier of question papers and answer sheets;
Booking of accommodation for both staff and non-staff;
Making travel arrangements for learners attending focus week;
Project risk assessment, planning and management
Project and construction progress monitoring and control
Project change control, reporting, information management and communication Securing prizes for the deserving learners;
Logistics for leaners travel to London and Australia; and ensuring turnaround time is adhered to.
