Manage a multi-line phone system Schedule in-home and in-showroom appointments for home improvement projects Schedules installation appointments ensuring jobs are scheduled in an efficient and timely manner Performs other duties as assigned Basic Qualifications High school Diploma or GED 1+ years of administrative support or scheduling experience 1+ years of Customer Service experience 1+ years of in-home appointment setting Experience in HOA approvals and permit submissions Preferred Qualifications Experience in accurately managing customer records CRM experience a plus Customer-centric mindset Demonstrated success in deadline-driven and high-pressure environment Home Improvement/Home Services experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Window Nation cultivates a culture of inclusion that respects our employees’ individual strengths, views, and experiences.
