We’re seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our growing operations at our Lutz, FL location.

Job Overview :

The Administrative Assistant will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations by handling a variety of administrative tasks. This position requires strong multitasking abilities, attention to detail, and proficiency in tools like Salesforce and website management platforms. You’ll be the backbone of our office, supporting both Aqua Living and Good Guys Golf Carts.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage administrative tasks, including scheduling, filing, and data entry. Update and maintain customer records and sales data in Salesforce. Perform website updates, including product listings and content changes. Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries with professionalism. Coordinate with team members to support inventory tracking and order processing. Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence. Maintain office organization and ensure a professional work environment.

Qualifications :

High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred. 1-2 years of administrative experience, ideally in a fast-paced office setting. Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software. Experience with website content management systems . Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. Positive attitude, team player, and customer-service oriented.

Preferred Skills :

Familiarity with the retail, hot tub or recreational vehicle industry. Basic knowledge of inventory management processes.
