$35.8K – $41.9K a year 5 hours ago Qualifications Microsoft Powerpoint Microsoft Word Microsoft Excel Microsoft Outlook 5 years Mid-level Microsoft Office Administrative experience High school diploma or GED Communication skills Time management Full Job Description Rooms To Go Admin Assistant A Retail Facilities Group (RFG) Administrative Assistant’s function is to support the people involved in the department’s primary goal of daily building maintenance and repair. Retail Facilities personnel often depend heavily on the support of the Admin Assistant to facilitate the daily needs of the RFG. The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support, including tasks like managing calendars, scheduling appointments, handling correspondence, coordinating meetings, maintaining files, creating documents, answering phone calls, and providing general office support, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within the office. The Admin Assistant may also be responsible for: Project management support, basic accounting tasks, event planning and coordination, and travel arrangements. Other duties as assigned by the Retail Facilities Group. What we’re looking for: Be at least 18 years of age High School Education or the equivalent Five or more years of Administrative Assistant support experience Able to take and pass a drug test and background check Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate and interact with all levels of management in a positive and professional manner Strong organizational and time management abilities Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Attention to detail and accuracy Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively Confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information
