The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting daily operations by managing various administrative tasks, primarily using the organizations industry based software programs . This position requires excellent communication skills & confidence with operating digital programs. The Administrative Assistant position works with both interanl team memebers, as well as associates working properties WLW Capital owns; which include WLW apartments, New Construction builds, and executive rental housing in South Tampa. Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy, demonstrating strong phone etiquette. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring all information is up-to-date. Organize and maintain filing systems for both physical and digital documents. Utilize Google Suite applications to create documents, spreadsheets, and presentations as needed. Assist with clerical duties such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings. Operate phone systems effectively to ensure smooth communication within the office. Qualifications Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred. Strong customer support skills with a focus on providing excellent service. Familiarity with file management systems and data entry processes. Proficient in using Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Drive). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining attention to detail. A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills in a dynamic work environment.
