$16-$18/hour (based on experience) Reports to: Executive Director and Operations & HR Coordinator About The Grow Group The Grow Group is a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering underserved individuals through job placement, on-the-job training, and work-based learning. About the Role We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our executive team and day-to-day operations. This part-time position is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, values organization, and is passionate about making a difference. The role is primarily office-based with the possibility of one remote workday per week.
Key Responsibilities Communication:
Manage calls, emails, and mail; assist with client outreach for program feedback.
Operations Support:
Coordinate communications with stakeholders including VR counselors, clients, and contractors.
Administrative Tasks:
Maintain office operations, monitor the admin inbox, prepare internal documents, assist with marketing materials, and support financial tracking (accounts payable and receivable).
Event Support:
Organize logistics for internal meetings and community events, including calendar management and food/drink coordination.
Scheduling:
Support scheduling and tracking for classroom training sessions and deliverables.
Other Duties:
Perform additional administrative tasks as assigned. Qualifications Prior experience in an administrative or office support role. Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Canva, and case management tools. Ability to manage multiple priorities independently, with discretion and confidentiality.
Additional Details Schedule:
20+ hours per week, Monday-Friday preferred.
Flexible Hours:
Suggested shift options: 9 AM-1 PM or 10 AM-2 PM.
