Additional responsibilities include monitoring voicemails and emails, responding to general inquiries, office and kitchen supply ordering, and general clerical tasks for various departments. Must have reliable transportation to run various errands to printer, post office, and bank as needed. This is a full time hourly position.

Supervisory Responsibilities:
None Duties/Responsibilities:

Greets clients, visitors, and guests; determines the purpose of each persons visit and directs or escorts him or her to the appropriate location. Answers, screens, and directs phone calls to staff; takes messages and schedules appointments. Receives mail, documents, packages, and courier deliveries and delivers or distributes items. Performs administrative and clerical support tasks for accounts payable and marketing departments. Maintains inventory for office and kitchen supplies and submits purchase orders. Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

Excellent verbal communication skills. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Must have reliable transportation. Basic understanding of administrative and clerical procedures and systems. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Google related software.

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or GED.

Prolonged periods of sitting
