Vendor Onboarding and Compliance Specialist Job Description This role is responsible for onboarding and converting vendors from a company recently acquired by our client. The ideal candidate will identify process improvement opportunities, manage time efficiently to execute workload, and recognize situations requiring escalation. Responsibilities Collect and submit required insurance documentation from suppliers and vendors through a standardized outreach process. Run reports through semi-automated processes to evaluate vendor/supplier insurance compliance status. Review current system data for accuracy and update as needed. Utilize systems for the creation and management of contracts. Utilize vendor portals for trade partner setup and management. Process requests from field partners and offices to change vendors/supplier hold status. Process requests through Service Now to update vendor/supplier data. Support the creation of new supplier/vendor agreements and review submitted documents for completeness. Associates will report to a manager based out of Miami. This position offers a stable company environment and a great foot in the door, with potential for extension beyond 90 days and the possibility of becoming a full-time role.
