This includes fielding incoming inquiries (in both English and Spanish), managing outgoing communication (in both English and Spanish), and providing exceptional customer service to a diverse clientele. The role requires strong knowledge of company services and products, as well as the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Key responsibilities include scheduling inspections, conducting follow-ups, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across administrative workflows. After 90 days, potential salary increase if Spanish language proficiency and administrative performance meet expectations. Position Responsibilities Responsible for promptly answering inbound calls and making outbound calls in both English and Spanish. Utilizes proper judgement to prioritize the distribution of communication pieces in a timely manner in both English and Spanish. Collects inspection information from clients in both English and Spanish to ensure a smooth inspection process. Accurately enters inspection data with attention to detail and follows predetermined questionnaire scripts to collect all relevant information in both English and Spanish. Handle project coordination, complete general sales transactions, and assist co-workers as needed. Performs all other related duties assigned. Position Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Excellent organizational and time management skills. Superior written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish. Ability to prioritize work with attention to deadlines, competing priorities, and efficiency. Cool under pressure and able to de-escalate client concerns with professionalism and diplomacy in both English and Spanish. Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office products (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Gmail, Google Calendar). Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. 1 year of administrative support experience with increasing responsibility required. 1 year of experience working in an office setting required (previous experience in a construction/engineering environment preferred). 1 year of sales background is preferred. Ability to type a minimum of 40 words per minute. Pass a background screening. Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal) is required.
