Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and highly organized Office Assistant/Coordinator to support the daily operations of our office. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is detail-oriented, and enjoys being the go-to person for keeping things running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage front-desk activities: greet visitors, answer phones, and direct inquiries. Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary. Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Coordinate office maintenance and liaise with vendors and service providers. Assist with onboarding of new employees (e.g., desk setup, welcome materials). Maintain digital and physical filing systems. Support internal communications and assist with company events or meetings. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages. Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree a plus. Proven experience as an administrative assistant, office assistant, or coordinator. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and basic office equipment. Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with office management software or tools (e.g., Trello, Slack, Google Workspace). Familiarity with basic HR and/or bookkeeping tasks.
Working Conditions:
