Branch Operations Coordinator 3.6 3.6 out of 5 stars 519 South Us Highway 301, Tampa, FL 33619 Essential Duties and Responsibilities Work independently on various tasks assigned by supervisor/manager Performs basic administrative tasks for all branch staff (as needed) Send out and track daily tech tips Participate in weekly scheduling meeting Update and furnish tech schedule Print and log (via labor tracking) new job orders Update labor tracking daily Update CRM weekly or as needed Send internal/external company related emails as needed Schedule and log staff trainings and places certificates on the system Follow up with customers on material orders, tech scheduling, job status Assist with material ordering and status updates Assist with additional material purchases via company credit card Drop off materials to job sites as needed Assist techs with Airbnb/hotel rentals (including Norcross orientation attendee’s) Conduct on site orientations as needed Assists with onboard and background checks (i.e., GAC, FLECT, Sav Arena, etc.) Assist with closeout documentation Assist techs with IT issues (sending emails to help desk) Retrieve and place test results in customer folders Create and complete job status reports Inventory and track company property issues to techs (i.e., laptops, testers, labelers, ladders, etc.) Creates and maintains customer tracking spreadsheets that lists current projects Assist with company fleet maintenance and tag renewals Order, track and call off lifts Assisting with billing and closing out jobs on the system Permit coordination with PC team Help pull permits Coordinating with PM and calling in inspections Permit closeout Ordering office supplies Greet and direct office visitors Work on job sites as needed Assist with anything that helps streamline the continuity of the overall business or projects Competencies and Qualifications Intermediate Microsoft Word and Excel skills are required Works well under pressure Self-starter / self-motivator requiring minimal supervision Decisive and proactive approach to problem solving Team player Must be very detail oriented and organized Strong work ethic
