FHA Property Preservation Coordinator M-F 8:00AM-5:00PM Maintaincommunication between vendors and clients to ensure all steps arecompleted in a proficient manner. FHA Property Preservationexperience is
REQUIRED.
Prior knowledge of HUD standards preferred,in order to successfully communicate and submit required documents.
Handle both pre and post-sale services regarding vacancies. Musthave experience in Microsoft Office and utilize internal softwaresystems.
Requirements:
FHA experience required. Proficient withMicrosoft Office and related software. Excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills. Efficient negotiation skills. Positiveapproach to problem-solving. Excellent organizational skills andattention to detail.
