In an extremely fast paced environment, the support clerk assists with the processing of correspondence, Logs incoming checks, and performs dispute research along with many other duties as assigned. This position supports the VP of Finance & Operations administrative duties. Essential Responsibilities Open, sort and route incoming mail, answer correspondence, and prepare outgoing mail Review files, records, and other documents to obtain information to respond to requests Answer telephones and assist customers Assist with basic bookkeeping, Journal entries, and other accounting transactions as needed Other Responsibilities Operate office machines, such as photocopiers and scanners, facsimile machines, voice mail systems and personal computers Train other staff members to perform work activities, such as using computer applications Other duties as assigned Skills

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

40 WPM Typing Proven oral and written communications skills Good analytical, problem-solving skills. Able to work in fast paced environment. Able to perform duties independently without direct supervision.
