HEDIS Service Associate I This job will have the following responsibilities: Requires effective written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills. Microsoft Office; Word, Excel, Outlook and the ability to type 30-40 WPM. Prior HEDIS experience a plus. Besides what is described in the job description, we are seeking an individual who is flexible, hard worker aligns with the goals and the ethic of the company and is a team player. Can work remotely but must be in the Tampa/Miami area (please refer to rate card to ensure candidates are submitted based on the rate they reside.
Qualifications & Requirements:
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Requires High School diploma and 6 months related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Candidates who have familiarity with medical terminology, customer service, call center background and prior HEDIS experience would have priority for this position. Candidates must have basic Excel skills and must have the ability to type 30-40 WPM. Needs reliable transportation.
