Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution. Utilize Google Suite for document creation, data entry, and communication tasks. Support accounting functions by entering data into QuickBooks as needed. Perform clerical duties such as typing, copying, and scanning documents to assist team members. Collaborate with other staff members to ensure efficient office operations. Requirements Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar administrative role is preferred. Strong proficiency in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Drive). Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Familiarity with dental receptionist duties is a plus but not required. Attention to detail with strong proofreading skills to ensure high-quality work output.
