Responsibilities:

Answer and direct phone calls and emails Maintain organized filing systems, both digital and physical Schedule appointments and manage calendars for accountants Assist with data entry, document preparation, and basic bookkeeping tasks Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries Monitor office supplies and reorder as necessary Support the accounting team with administrative duties as required

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree or administrative training is a plus Proven experience as an office assistant, receptionist, or similar administrative role Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Familiarity with accounting or financial terminology is a plus
