The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing clerical support and ensuring smooth office operations. This role requires excellent time management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. The Office Assistant will serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, making strong customer support skills essential. Responsibilities Perform general clerical duties, including filing, data entry, and document management. Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed. Provide exceptional customer support by answering phone calls, responding to inquiries, and directing visitors appropriately. Assist in calendar management by scheduling appointments and meetings for staff members. Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to create a welcoming environment for clients and visitors. Operate phone systems and other office equipment efficiently. Support medical receptionist tasks as required, including patient check-in and record management.
