The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, cutting-edge environment, contributing to the seamless operation of our daily tasks while supporting our mission to advance drone solutions. Responsibilities Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of Fowado’s office Assist with organizing and maintaining office files, records, and drone project documentation Act as a personal assistant to management by scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating drone-related meetings Handle customer inquiries related to drone products and services with professionalism Utilize phone etiquette when answering and directing calls from clients, partners, and suppliers Assist with proofreading documents, including proposals and technical reports, for accuracy Support office management tasks, such as inventory tracking for drone components and coordinating team events Create, edit, and manage reports, presentations, and spreadsheets using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel Experience Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel for creating professional documents, presentations, and data analysis Strong command of English; bilingual proficiency is a plus Exceptional time management skills to prioritize tasks in a dynamic, project-driven environment Previous experience in an office setting or similar role is preferred Familiarity with computerized systems for data entry and record keeping Experience in customer support, particularly in a technology or drone-related field, is beneficial, but not required. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information, including proprietary drone technology data, with discretion
