What You’ll Do:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Branch Manager.
- Manage and maintain accurate records and files.
- Generate reports and analyze data using advanced Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
- Utilize and update our CRM system to track customer interactions and manage data.
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence with professionalism and efficiency.
- Assist with scheduling and coordination of equipment rentals.
- Potentially assist with dispatching operations (experience a plus!).
- Ensure smooth office operations and maintain a positive work environment.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a MUST. Please be prepared to demonstrate your skills.
- Experience with CRM systems is required.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Dispatching experience is a significant plus.
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
