Carlton Fields is seeking an Office Services Clerk for its Tampa office.

ResponsibilitiesDocument Production – Preparing copies or other materials as requestedSorting and distributing mailSending and receiving faxesScanningPreparing overnight packages for shippingStocking office supplies and taking inventoryAssisting with setting-up conference rooms for meetings and other related events/functions; post-meetings clean-up and break-down of set-upsAssisting with stocking paper in all copiers and printers on three floorsChecking conference rooms daily for neatness and stocking conf. suppliesTransfer of storage file boxesCoverage for Office Services department at second Tampa office as neededPerforming Office Services duties with a positive customer service approachOther office service-related responsibilitiesFlexibility to overtimeMinimum RequirementsHigh School Diploma or equivalent experienceMinimum of 2 years office services experienceExperience in a law firm or other professional organization is preferredKnowledge of copiers, printers, faxes and other office equipment requiredMicrosoft Office (Word, Excel)Ability to lift 50lbs unassistedValid Florida Driver’s Lic
