A busy doctor in Tampa, FL, is seeking a motivated Personal Assistant to handle Utilization Review and assist with various projects. No prior experience in Utilization Review is required – the doctor will provide full training! Responsibilities Conduct Utilization Review tasks under the doctor’s guidance. Provide administrative support and assist with day-to-day tasks. Create and manage Google Ads and Facebook Ads. Design graphics for social media and other projects. Organize and execute tasks in Microsoft Office programs. Utilize AI tools to streamline projects and improve efficiency. Meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results. Experience Strong computer skills and fast typing abilities. Reliable transportation to the office (this is an in-person role). Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing. Basic graphic design skills (experience with Canva, Adobe, or similar tools is a plus).
